StudyMateEra is an educational and learning platform operated by Satya Traders, proprietor Shikhar Singh. The service includes exam preparation, tests, scorecards, communities, messaging, study games and administrator-created events.

Where you use community or one-to-one chat, we may process messages, attachments and related metadata necessary to provide, secure and moderate the communication service.
We may process room participation, quiz answers, game scores, rankings or results, event participation and reward-related information when you use these features.

Information shared through these social features may be visible to other users according to the feature's visibility settings. Do not post passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, private contact details or other information you do not want other users to see.
We may access, preserve or disclose communications or user content where reasonably necessary to provide the service, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, protect users, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests.
StudyMateEra may offer study-related quiz games in which a user can create a room, join a room or join a randomly available room. We may process room identifiers, participants, answers, scores and game results to operate these features.
Administrators may also create test-type events. Where an event offers a reward, eligibility, selection, verification, reward delivery and related conditions may be specified in the particular event announcement or additional rules.

StudyMateEra may review, restrict, remove, preserve or otherwise moderate content where permitted or required by law, or where reasonably necessary to enforce platform rules, protect users, prevent abuse or maintain the service.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should use strong passwords, protect account credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.
